Policies
Reservations and Deposits:
- We require a 50% non-refundable deposit of the tentative amount due to hold the date and quantities of your desired rentals.
- A $100 security deposit is due on the day of your rental and will be refunded upon the return of all items in good condition and on time. The deposit will not be refunded if items are lost, damaged or returned late. Additional fees or penalties may apply.
- Final counts are due one week before you pick up, or we deliver the items.
- Cancellations should be made at least two weeks before your items are scheduled to be picked up or delivered. Any cancellations made within 2 weeks of your originally scheduled date will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. Bookings may be rescheduled for an alternate future date based on availability.
- Rentals that are not picked up on their scheduled date will result in a forfeiture of deposit. Any delivery attempts that are unsuccessful may also result in deposit forfeiture.
Payment:
- All orders must be paid in full when picked up.
- Orders to be delivered must be paid in full one week before delivery.
Delivery and Pick-up:
- Delivery rates are determined based on distance, quantities, weight and the facility.
- Additional charges may apply to any deliveries and/or pick-ups that may be needed before or after our regular hours of operation and on Sundays.
- Additional charges may apply if rentals must be carried any distance from the truck, if there are any delays in accessing loading/unloading areas, and for carrying items up/down stairs and elevators.
- Delivery and pick-up charges do not include the setting up or breaking down of rentals. Those services are available for an additional cost as labor fees are not included in the cost of the rentals.
- Chairs and tables are delivered stacked and must be stacked again for pick-up. Table and chair set-up and breakdown service is available for a minimal fee.
Returning Items
- All linens must be returned free of crumbs and food particles. Please make sure the linens are kept dry to prevent mildew and packed neatly in bags. Any items that are returned soiled, stained or with mildew will be charged a cleaning fee in addition to the forfeiture of the $100 security deposit.
- Any items that are delivered with special packing for protections should be returned in the same packaging to prevent damage to the items.
- Rentals that were picked up need to be returned on or before the agreed upon time to avoid late fees. Delivery items that are being picked up need to be ready by the agreed upon time or late fees will be assessed.
Customer Responsibility:
- It is the customers’ responsibility to secure all items picked-up and/or delivered. After signed delivery/pick-up all rental items are the customers’ responsibility until picked-up and/or returned back to our facility.
- Customers are liable for all replacement costs associated with any items that are lost, stolen or damaged while in their care.
