Party planning starting to get to you? Just can’t decide what to serve? Make life simple and pick out a little something for everyone. Our small bitez menu offers a wide range of appetizers to fit every taste bud, diet and occasion. For small, intimate crowds, choose 3 out of our 12 available bitez for one flat fee per guest.
Deluxe Bitez Party Pack:
Has your event gotten a little bigger than expected? Do you really need to pull out all of the stops? Upgrade from our basic bitez party pack and give your guests more optionz by picking 6 out of our fabulous 12 bites!
Keep the festivities going all night at your next event! Give your guests the freedom to mingle and move around throughout the entire function by providing them with 3 appetizer choices, 2 dessert choices and a fully stocked coffee & tea station. The conversation never stops at the food station.
Need to schedule a working lunch? Impress your group with our tea time sandwiches. Sandwiches can be served on a platter or neatly packaged in a box with a side of seasonal fruit or a bag of chips, a cookie for dessert and your choice of bottled water or a soft drink.
Pre-Fixed Convenience Pack:
Menu planning doesn’t have to be difficult. Have your event flow flawlessly by delivering an exceptional experience to each of your guests by carefully crafting their meal for them. Pre-select their entrée, side and dessert for one fabulous cost per guest. All meals are accompanied by your choice of sweet tea or our specialty, Caribbean Fruit Punch.
***A minimum of 25 guests is required for all catering orders. There is a $350 minimum on all orders. A signed contract and a 50% deposit are required to book your event. All final numbers are due 14 days prior to your function along with final payment. Payments can be remitted via PayPal and/or all major credit cards. Personal checks are not accepted. Rates quoted do not include tax, service charge, set-up/ breakdown fees or applicable travel fees. Please note our food is not prepared in an allergy free facility and we cannot guaranteed that our products are free from any ingredients that may trigger any food allergies such as nuts, soy, milk, gluten and others.
